In a bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
3 Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3–4 inch squares.
4 Place apple slices in rows or spirals on each square. Fold the edges slightly.
5 Brush with egg wash. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
