Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
    For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Neutral oil, for cooking
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional, adjust to taste)
  • For Serving
  • Wooden or bamboo skewers
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or sesame seeds
Instructions

    Prepare the Chicken
    • Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper. Toss lightly with cornstarch to help the coating stick.

    • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
