Bee Pollen Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or pineapple)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or almond/coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed preferred)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp 1–2 bee pollen granules (for blending + garnish)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions

    Peel and slice the banana. Measure out mango chunks, yogurt, and orange juice.

    Add banana, mango, yogurt, orange juice, and honey to a blender. Toss in half the bee pollen.

    Blend on high until smooth, creamy, and frothy.

    Add ice and blend again to reach desired thickness.

    Pour into glasses and garnish with the remaining bee pollen.
Note

For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.

To thicken, add more frozen fruit or reduce liquid.
