Ingredients
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam (or any preferred jam, honey, or preserves)
  • 1 egg, beaten (optional for egg wash)

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line a baking sheet with parchment.

    Top each with ½ teaspoon of jam or honey.
