½ cup Buffalo sauce
(e.g. Frank’s RedHot)

½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

½ tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

Mix: Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well coated.

Prep Rolls: Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally; place bottoms in a baking dish.

Assemble: Spread buffalo chicken evenly, top with shredded cheese, and add roll tops.

Butter & Bake: Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and onion powder.
