Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cups ¾ all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh apple, peeled and diced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • ¾ cup soft caramel candies or caramel chips, chopped into small chunks
Instructions

    Cream the butter and sugars in a bowl until fluffy.

    Mix in the egg and vanilla until fully combined.

    Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then stir into wet mixture.

    Fold in apples and caramel gently until just combined.

    Scoop and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes on a lined tray.
