Ingredients
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cups ½ diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
  • Optional: balsamic glaze, shredded Parmesan
