Mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Rub over chicken.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
Warm pita/flatbread until soft and flexible.
Spread tzatziki on bread. Add chicken and vegetables.
Top with feta. Fold/wrap. Slice for parties and secure with toothpicks.
