Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • parsley or chives
  • lemon wedges

    Pat shrimp dry.

    Whisk marinade ingredients.

    Marinate shrimp 10–15 minutes.

    Thread onto soaked skewers.
  5. 5
    Grill 2–3 minutes per side.

    Serve with lemon and herbs.
Note

Do not over-marinate shrimp.

For oven: 425°F (220°C) for 6–8 minutes.

For air fryer: 400°F (200°C) for 5–6 minutes.
