Italian Cream Soda

Ingredients
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons flavored syrup (Torani or Monin)
  • 3/4 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or half-and-half (or coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • Whipped cream, maraschino cherry, and fruit garnishes, to serve
Instructions

    Fill a tall glass with ice.

    Pour in 2–3 tablespoons of flavored syrup.

    Slowly add the club soda, leaving about 1 inch at the top.

    Gently pour in the heavy cream and let it swirl into the soda.

    Top with whipped cream and garnish with fruit, sprinkles, or a cherry.
