In a bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup (or maple syrup), melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
4 Stir in the pecans until coated.
5 Spoon filling into each crust, filling just below the rim.
6 Bake 18–22 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft .
7 Cool in the pan 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a rack and cool completely before serving.
