Unfold the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut into desired shapes (squares, rectangles, or twists).
3 Spread Nutella over one half of each piece, leaving a small border around the edges.
4 Fold or roll the pastry over the Nutella and gently press to seal the edges.
5 Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
6 Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
7 Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Note
These Nutella puff pastry treats are best served warm on the day they’re baked. For extra flair, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
