Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup quick oats or oat flour
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a tray with parchment paper.

    Mash bananas in a bowl. Add peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.

    Add baking soda, salt, and oats/oat flour. Stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.

    Scoop and flatten dough onto tray.

    Bake 10–12 minutes. Cool on tray for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
