Pecan Pie Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup whipped topping (optional, for swirling)
  • Graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for serving
Instructions

    In a dry skillet, toast chopped pecans over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside.

    In a saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.

    Fold in the toasted pecans and mix well.

    Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Swirl in whipped topping if using.

Note

You can make this dip ahead and reheat gently before serving. For a decorative finish, top with extra pecans and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
