Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni (regular or mini)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (for filling and dipping)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Roll out the pizza dough

    Add a little pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese to each square.

    Fold the dough corners together and seal tightly.

    Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning.

    Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
