Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade for Baby Showers

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
  • ¾ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water (still or sparkling)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 Optional: bottle prosecco or champagne (for adults)

    Blend raspberries until smooth, then strain to remove seeds.

    In a pitcher, combine raspberry puree, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves.

    Add ice cubes, lemon slices, raspberries, and mint leaves.

    For sparkle, top with sparkling water or prosecco right before serving.
Note

Freeze raspberries into ice cubes for a pretty, baby-shower-ready detail.

Adjust sugar to taste depending on the sweetness of your berries.
