chili powder or taco seasoning
½ cup sour cream
(optional)
½ cup diced onion

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks, for serving
Instructions

Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.

Add flour and chili powder or taco seasoning; stir to coat.

Reduce heat, then add Rotel tomatoes and Velveeta cubes; stir until melted and creamy.

Mix until smooth, adjust seasoning, and top with cilantro. Serve warm with chips or veggies.
