Salmon Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can (14–15 oz)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying
Instructions

    Mix flaked salmon with breadcrumbs, egg, onion, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Shape into small patties or bite-sized balls.

    Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
