Smashed Potatoes Air Fryer

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds baby gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

    01. Boil the baby gold potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and let them cool slightly.

    02. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and gently press each one flat using the bottom of a glass.

    03. Mix the melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper. Brush the mixture over the smashed potatoes.

    04. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) until golden and crispy, usually 10–12 minutes.

    05. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with extra parsley on top.
