Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp 1–2 honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 cup ½– ice cubes (adjust for thickness)
Instructions

    Wash and hull strawberries, and cut mango into chunks if fresh.

    Add strawberries, mango, yogurt, and orange juice into a blender.

    Sweeten with honey or agave if desired.

    Add ice and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into glasses, garnish with fruit slices, and serve immediately.
Note

For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk or almond milk instead of yogurt.

To thicken, use frozen fruit or reduce the liquid.
