Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 pound (450 g)
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup (240 g)
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 ½ cups (170 g)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for topping)
  • Sour cream, optional
Instructions

    Cook the FillingBrown the meat, break it into small pieces, then stir in taco seasoning and salsa.

    Assemble the Cups

    Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, add filling, sprinkle cheese, and repeat with a second wrapper if desired. Don’t overfill.

    Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until golden, then let cool briefly before removing.

    Tips

    Use fresh wrappers, press gently to avoid air pockets, and cool before lifting out.

     
     
     
Note

Keep in the fridge for 3–4 days.

Reheat gently to maintain crispness.

Don’t overfill; it affects structure.
