Turkey and Cheese Slider

Ingredients
  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • 12 slices 12–16 turkey
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

    Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom half into a baking dish.

    Layer the sliced turkey evenly over the bottom rolls.

    Add the Swiss cheese slices on top of the turkey, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella for extra melt.

    Place the top half of the rolls back on to form a connected sheet of sliders.

    Mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.

    Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5–7 minutes more, until the tops are golden and the cheese is fully melted.
